"When I first began personal training with alanah i was extremely self conscious, nervous and overwhelmed with college, work etc. I felt that I didn't have the time to take care of myself or go to the gym, never mind personal training but I was determined to make a change and I really just wanted a healthier lifestyle and routine. "I did a 4 week program with alanah earlier in the year, and there's no words for how incredible it was. The experience as a whole was nothing but positive, supportive, and so enjoyable. I was finally making progress after years of fighting with a back injury, and even now have little to no back problem with my back, and i defo would say it's because of the work, focus and care alanah took with tailoring mu program to my limitations, and the emphasis she placed on mobility, stretching, and strengthening the damaged muscle areas. She is unreal at her job, and takes no shortcuts anyways. She put her all into each client, and invested in seeing them achieve their goals, and goes above and beyond to ensure that she can facilitate it. "I was with you for PT for a month and I absolutely loved it. Alanah from the moment of my consultation I felt so comfortable you were so informative and went through everything so i know exactly what i was signing up for!

I have been in the gym and was active but I wanted to do PT with Alanah as she has such a positive attitude towards her clients. I have changed in many ways both physically and mentally with Alanah and I couldn't recommend her enough. She really is so passionate about her job and I can say she has changed my outlook on fitness with food and scales, her ability to push you when you think you have nothing left is second to none.

Every session I was pushed to what I thought was my failure then pushed even more! I also do self defence with Alanah and plan to continue this with no sign of stopping anytime soon.

She honestly is the highlight of my days after work. I go to her sessions and not only am I pushed to my limits, I also have a lot of fun!

Each pt session is very accessible and is very interactive to see my weights on certain exercises go up every week!

She is very hardworking and puts 100 percent into every client and i would recommend her to anyone who asks me! I have found since going to Alanah that i have grown in confidence and even though i was going to the gym regularly she has completely my outlook on not only physical health but the importance of my mental health and minding yourself also.

I look forward to every class with Alanah and i have seen from the photos there has been so many changes but my most important change is my happiness within myself and my fitness journey and hands down that is down to this lady <3"
