Hi, my name is Alanah and I am a mindset and body positivity personal trainer. I help people to build strong positive relationships with themselves and learn how to exercise safely and effectively whilst also encouraging a more nutritious eating pattern, as part of a quality lifestyle choice.
I believe this to be one of the most damaging and emotionally draining parts of exercise. So many people who start their training journey are taught to believe that happiness is to be found in numbers. My approach is a personal approach, I believe that appreciating everything that you do for yourself
E.g exercise, eat more nutritious foods, arrive at your sessions, finish each exercise etc etc..
Will have a much higher body positive impact for you. My focus is on helping people become comfortable with themselves as a person and enjoying the journey of learning self appreciation before ‘the big change’ comes.
